Shipping & Delivery Policy

Serviceable regions: We currently ship worldwide.

Order processing: 1–2 business days to hand over to the courier (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery:

  • Metros: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metros: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

    (Exact timeline and fee are shown at checkout.)

  • Ouside of India: 15-20 business days

Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout. Free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when active.

Tracking: We email/SMS tracking once dispatched. Please ensure your email/phone are correct.

Delivery attempts: Couriers usually make 1–3 attempts. If undelivered and returned to us, we can reship (additional charges may apply).

Address changes: Allowed before dispatch. After dispatch, contact the courier; success isn’t guaranteed.

Damaged/short shipment: If a package arrives tampered or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) and notify us within 48 hours with photos/video of the packaging and product.

Order splitting: Items may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking.

Delays: Force majeure, weather, festivals, or courier network issues can cause delays. We’ll keep you posted.
